“One voice can be silenced. A million cannot.”
We Accuse
You want to help stop genocide in Gaza? This is how.
This site is part of a public legal campaign.
We are proposing to publish a statement accusing the Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, of being complicit in genocide. We believe the evidence makes this claim serious and credible. But we will not publish it unless one million people agree that it should be said—clearly, publicly, and with full legal accountability.
This is not a petition. No one here is asking for change. We are preparing to make a legal accusation, as a collective act of public speech.
If the statement is published, and the Prime Minister believes it is false, he has the right to sue us for defamation. If he does, we will defend the claim in court with evidence from the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, and independent human rights organisations.
If he does not, the accusation will stand—unchallenged, and visible to all.
Until then, this is a process of deliberation. You are not being asked to agree with everything. You are being asked whether this should be said.
If you believe it should, join us.

Speak Up
“Truth has a voice. Sometimes, it needs a million others to be heard.”
The Proposed Statement
We accuse Keir Starmer, as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, of being complicit in Israel’s genocidal campaign in Gaza. His government continues to authorise arms sales, offer diplomatic protection, and ignore clear warnings from the United Nations and the International Court of Justice. These are not neutral policies. They are acts of moral and legal complicity in genocide.
Speak Up
“Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand. If he cannot, then with his tongue. If he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith.”
Why This Matters
We are not publishing for attention. We are publishing to be sued. If this accusation is false, let the Prime Minister take us to court — under oath, in public. The trial will test the truth.
If we win, it becomes almost impossible for the UK government to continue its current support for Israel. The legal and moral consequences will be real.
Speak Up
“Ask your questions. Then ask what silence protects.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this legal?
Yes.
Under UK law, truth is a complete defence to defamation.
Until the statement is published, no defamation has occurred. What you see here is part of a public deliberation—not a legal claim.
If the statement is eventually published and someone sues, a court will test the truth of what is said.
That is exactly what we want.
Has this been done before?
Yes.
Public accusation is not new. It has long been used when institutions refuse to act.
In 1898, Émile Zola risked imprisonment when he published J’Accuse, accusing the French state of injustice.
In 2000, Holocaust denier David Irving sued historian Deborah Lipstadt for libel—and lost. The trial publicly exposed him as a falsifier of history.
In both cases, truth was tested in court. And it stood.
We are continuing that tradition—legally, deliberately, and in the public interest.
What makes this different from a petition?
This is not a request. It’s a preparation.
A petition asks someone else to act. This asks whether you are ready to act.
If the statement is published, you won’t be a supporter. You’ll be a co-author of a public accusation.
That has weight. And risk. That’s what gives it power.
How does this actually lead to consequences?
Because once the statement is published, it becomes a legal document.
If the Prime Minister believes it is false, he can sue.
If he does, we go to court—where evidence from the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, and human rights organisations will be examined under oath.
If he does not sue, the accusation will stand. And the world will know he chose silence.
Why one million?
Because it shifts the legal and political terrain.
One million is not just symbolic—it’s a collective threshold.
It distributes risk. It protects individuals. It demonstrates seriousness.
It tells the world: this is not impulsive. This is measured, public judgment.
What happens if the government ignores us?
We publish anyway.
Silence is a statement. And once this statement is made, it cannot be unmade.
The legal risk will exist. The accusation will exist.
And the question—why won’t they sue?—will follow them.
Isn’t this risky?
Yes. That’s the point.
Real action always carries risk. But this is lawful risk.
We are not breaking the law—we are using it.
To speak. To accuse. To bring the truth into public record.
But Keir Starmer won’t dare sue us, right?
Probably not. Because he knows what’s waiting in court.
But if he does sue, we’ll be ready—with evidence, with legal defence, and with one million co-defendants.
That’s not a threat. That’s a legal mechanism.
If the accusation is false, let him challenge it. Otherwise, the silence speaks for itself.
Can this strategy be used to target others too?
“We accuse you. You aid Starmer. Starmer aids Israel. Israel is committing genocide.”
This is not abuse. It’s not provocation. It’s a legal accusation.
If they believe it’s false, they can sue. Otherwise, they will answer only to their own conscience.
One way or another, a legal reckoning is coming.

“If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.”
What If I Do Nothing?
There is little we can do to bring back the children maimed and murdered in Gaza. But we can do this. We can stand up and name the complicity happening in our name.
If you choose silence, what will you tell your children? What will you tell yourself?
Speak Up
“Action begins with consent. One million is enough.”
Join the Deliberation
If you believe this statement is likely to be true, and should be published if one million others agree, add your name.
This is not symbolic. You are offering to become a co-author of a legal public statement. If we publish it, you will be listed — unless you choose anonymity — and the Prime Minister will have the chance to sue you. That is the risk. That is the power.
